“Here’s some pics of the homemade grilled lamb and beef kofta kebabs. She used the 1 pound of ground lamb she won from California Lamb! Served on naan bread with hummus, endive, parsley, goat cheese crumbles, homemade cucumber tzatziki sauce, tomatoes and red onions. Served with pearl couscous. She said it was delicious!!! She also made some red wine braised lamb shanks!!! We love your style, Makisha :)”
