Cooking with Lamb Chops
Lamb chops are super versatile. Below are some of our favorites.
Grill: For a smoky, charred flavor, grilling lamb chops over high heat is a must-try. Perfect for summer BBQs!
Pan-Sear: Sear them in a hot pan with butter, garlic, and rosemary for a crispy, golden crust and tender inside.
Roast: Roasting in the oven at a lower temperature keeps them juicy and full of flavor. Add veggies for a one-pan meal!
Broil: Quick and easy—broiling gives lamb chops a crisp exterior while keeping them succulent.
For a 1-1.25″ thick cut, it usually requires about 9-12 minutes of cooking per pound. We recommend an internal temperature of 145˚F (medium-rare). ❗Remember that the internal temperature of cooked meat will rise after removing it from the heat source. Pull your lamb chops off the heat 10 degrees lower than your desired doneness.
