13 May Lamb Jam 2024: A Culinary Celebration in San Francisco
The American Lamb Board is hosting Lamb Jam Restaurant Month throughout the month of May!
This May, the culinary spotlight shines on San Francisco with Lamb Jam 2024, an exciting event that brings together some of the city’s most talented chefs in a month-long celebration of American lamb. Throughout the event, participating chefs will showcase their culinary skills by creating innovative dishes using American lamb, aimed at winning the hearts and palates of diners.
Participants are encouraged to visit following restaurants, sample their lamb dishes dishes, and vote for their favorites. Voting not only supports local chefs but also offers diners the chance to win prizes, including a grand prize of tickets to the Lamb Jam Finale in New York City and a $1,500 travel voucher. Additional rewards include a $250 gift certificate and the chance to help a chef win the People’s Choice Award, which comes with a $1,000 staff appreciation prize. Although we are highlighting San Francisco here, this competition is spanning seven cities! Lamb Jam celebrates culinary innovation, local agriculture, and community spirit, providing a unique opportunity for food enthusiasts to explore the flavors of American lamb. Cast your vote here!
