Combine Lamb Meatball ingredients in a large bowl and mix well using your hands. Shape into 1-inch meatballs. Heat about 2 tablespoons olive oil in skillet and cook lamb meatballs for three minutes.
Meanwhile prepare Sauce by mixing ingredients in small bowl.
Sprinkle sauce on meatballs and cook for 1 minute longer. Cover and let stand for 1 minute before serving.
