California Lamb Chops with Fresh Fruit Salsa

Preparation

❶ Brush lamb chops with olive oil and season with salt and pepper; set aside.

❷ In medium bowl, combine ingredients for salsa; mix well and set aside.

❸ Grill or broil lamb chops 4 to 6 inches from medium heat until desired doneness (160°F for medium rare).

Serve with generous portions of salsa.
