Honey-Balsamic Ribs

Directions

To make California Lamb Honey-Balsamic Ribs, first preheat the oven to 300°F. Place lamb riblets in a large baking dish (don’t cut them apart). Season with salt and pepper. Add enough water to barely cover the ribs. Cover with foil and bake at 300°F for 1½ hours.

While the lamb is cooking, combine balsamic, honey, garlic, rosemary, salt and pepper. Set aside.

Increase oven temperature to 375°F. Uncover riblets and brush with vinegar mixture. Bake 20 to 25 minutes, basting with vinegar mixture every 5 minutes, until riblets are thickly glazed. Remove from oven.

**Alternatively, heat grill to 375°F. Baste riblets with vinegar mixture and place on grill, turning and basting every few minutes until riblets are thickly glazed.

Let stand 5 minutes before cutting. Serve with salad greens.

Enjoy your California Lamb Honey-Balsamic Ribs.
