Directions
Prepare lamb:
- First, add the ground American Lamb to a sauté pan.
- Next, cook the lamb until browned.
- Then, add the taco seasoning and prepare according to the seasoning package instructions.
- Once cooked, remove the seasoned lamb from the heat and set it aside.
Layer the Dip
- First, spread the refried beans evenly across the bottom of a 9-by-9-inch glass dish.
- Next, add the seasoned American Lamb over the beans.
- Then, spread the salsa evenly over the lamb.
- After that, add a layer of guacamole.
- Spread the sour cream evenly over the guacamole.
- Finally, finish the layers with the shredded cheese.
Create the Spider Web
- Next, add additional sour cream to a piping bag or zip-lock bag.
- If using a zip-lock bag, snip a small opening from one corner.
- Then, pipe the sour cream over the top of the dip to create a spider-web design.
Garnish and Serve
- Once the spider web is finished, garnish the edges with diced tomatoes and sliced green onions.
- Next, arrange the black olives to create spider decorations.
- Finally, serve the Halloween 7-Layer Dip with tortilla chips, vegetable sticks, or your preferred dippers.
